YES. A late night line-up of older tv shows and movies would of course attract viewers.It always has in the past. The problem is(and you mentioned it mets82) is stuff like paid programming etc. which of course should be banned.It is still illegal in many other countries to air that rubbish.Before stuff like paid programming existed,alot of good programs,movies etc.-you name it were often aired in the late evening.And if a station signed off they would just show a test pattern for a few hours.
