Notice how he goes out of his way to "gladhand" the front rows of his audience each time he opens "THE TONIGHT SHOW"? Have you ever seen any other late-night host do that? "Boy, if Jay is that friendly with his audience, I like
him, too!", most viewers smile to themselves. And that's Leno's secret weapon...that's why he'll continue to host "THE TONIGHT SHOW" until
he feels it's time to leave the stage....is five more years an accurate prediction?
