Here is an answer to your question about selling tapes or at least what I have heard. Technically I believe it is illegal to sell tapes. You are only really supposed to a)trade tapes with someone else or b)if you do a cash transaction you are only technically allowed to charge the person only for the cost of the tape and what it costs for shipping and handling. I believe I have that right.
