That's what I thought. Yeah, it doesn't make sense that they wouldn't have explained it somehow. I understand that obviously Suzanne Somers was not going to come back to say goodbye as Chrissy, but they could have at least shown a scene where say, Jack and Janet are discussing the fact that Chrissy had left for good. Or even one of them on the phone with her or something.

Hell, even Cindy got an explanation when she moved out and went to school -- though I think her character got the shaft by the producers.
