I believe so. There are times when the cameraman goofs and we can see the edge of the wall between the rooms as in "Lucy Thinks Ricky is Trying to Murder Her." They often used the same sets for different rooms. The Ricardo's bedroom was also the Mertz' living room. In "Ricky's Screen Test," we can see the Ricardo's kitchen through the stage door on the left.

Very often they used those white brick walls to transform a set. The Ricardo's living room, the Tropicana, the Brown Derby, the screen test set and many more used the bricks. When there was an outdoor scene, they used a painted backdrop, and they always looked phony: the golf course, the view of East 68th Street, the view across the street from the diner and the fox hunt were a few examples.

A lot of the hotel rooms and neighbors' apartments had a similar look. It is fun to try and identify reoccuring features!
