I'd say a solid 7 or 8. I think the cartoons of today have improved vastly from what they used to be. Nowadays both kids and adults can watch and enjoy the same cartoons like PowerPuff Girls, SpongeBob, Dexter's Laboratory, Courage the Cowardly Dog etc, etc.
