---PARAMOUNT/VIACOM owns the rights to all nine seasons of "THE BEVERLY HILLBILLIES" (even though most of the first two are in public domain).
The deal Jay Sommers made with CBS and Filmways on "GREEN ACRES" was separate from Henning's on "HILLBILLIES" and "PETTICOAT JUNCTION". That's why Filmways got the rights to syndicate it, and the rights to the others went to CBS/VIACOM.
