I don't know if Tony has a bio. The only place I have been able to find any info on him is thru the Branson web site and it's just show dates. One of the ladies who used to be Dawn is named Telma Hopkins and she used to be on "Family Matters". She is still a working actress, I think. It might be worth your while to check the sitcoms listings here to see if there is a board for Family Matters and leave a message there. That's about all I know...hope this helps.
