Actually it is an error. I just looked at the TLC press highlights, and this is what "Our House" is:

Inspired by a trip to Morocco, Hildi Santo-Tomas spruces up a formal dining room, and designer Edward Walker has double duty as he designs the living room and dining room of an art and music loving family. They'll keep carpenter Carter Oosterhouse busy. May 14—9 am.
America's Ugliest Kitchen. Families claim to have the country's worst kitchen in hopes of winning a state of the art renovation. Makeover masters Doug Wilson, Stacey London and Mo Rocca narrow the search to three finalists and hit the road to check out the ugly kitchens in person. May 14—10 pm, 1 am.
Trading Spaces—Family: Meadow Drive. Edward Walker unifies a blank living/dining room combo by giving it a sophisticated, contemporary feel. But can he sell his homeowners on the blue, black, brown and zebra print motif? May 15—9 am.
America's Ugliest Bathroom. Bathroom transformation is not just about a new tub and toilet-- it's about a sanctuary in the home. From fantasy spas and Japanese gardens to a TV lounge with a hot tub, walls will come down, ceilings will be ripped apart and dreams will be realized. May 21—10 pm, 1 am.
Trading Spaces—Family: Schaffer Court. The designers have a tough two days ahead of them in Chicago. Barry Wood designs a new skyscraper-themed bedroom for budding architect Paul. Laura Day gives the red team's basement a 1950's Vegas lounge feel, complete with vintage wallpaper. May 22—9 am.
Trading Spaces—Family: Sycamore Leaf Lane. Designer Kia Steave Dickerson gives a playroom southern style by transforming it into a Mardi Gras fun room and creating a French Quarter balcony overlooking the inside of the house. Next door, Laura Day creates a sleek, modern living room. May 22—7 pm, 11 pm; May 28—9 am.
Trading Spaces—Family: Park Hill Drive. The design team invades Billings, Montana as designer Laura Day gets some much needed family help for her team's mid-century modern living room, and Barry Wood goes with a subtle craftsman theme for the red team's living room. May 29—9 am.

That doesn't make any sense. Why would they call the show Our House if it's called Trading Spaces? I will find out when May 21st rolls around.
