She's not going to wast space and put down green for her first eye color, and then blue for her second eye color. She probably said hazel because maybe she was taught that eyes that change from green to blue like hers do is termed as hazel.
Tell me, if your eyes also changed from green to blue frequently, would you put down both green and blue when you fill the application to get a drivers liscense or are ya gonna find out that the DMV put down hazel just to save on program and card space?
