I don't know. I know she has two older brothers because on the Senior Prom episode Zack told Kelly's date that her two older brother's would give him trouble for dating Kelly to scare him away....but if I watch any other episodes that say anything about this, I'll let you know. I'm not positive on her siblings but she does have 7. In the College Years, Kelly tells Professor Lasky's daughter that she had a niece and wanted to buy her a lunchbox. (her parents are also 11 years apart even though they don't look it)
