Well, not really. Punky Brewster and Family Ties and others are owned by different companies. Shout! Factory is the company responsible for releasing Punky Brewster. Just like Paramount would be responsible for releasing Family Ties and Warner Bros. with Growing Pains. The different companies have no control over each other when it comes to their respective releases. Now if Punky Brewster were being released by Paramount or Warner Bros. above better shows, that would be a disgrace
