Speaking of that movie, during the Annecy Film Festival, it was announced by Warner Bros. Pictures Animation (via DiscussingFilm) that they would be developing an animated film. However, it�s unclear if this is replacing Wingard�s film, if that project is pivoting to strictly animation, or something entirely new that will be happening alongside it.
