View Full Version : Campaign to keep The Division on weekdays
duffy76 02-18-2004, 09:16 PM I am really bummed that they are taking The Division off their weekday lineup. According to their online weekly schedule and a commercial aired during today's show, the movie is going to be on 2, Any Day Now at 4 and Strong Medicine at 5. The Division is gone. What I don't get is they air Any Day Now Saturday and Sunday nights - why not take that off? I've emailed Lifetime 3 times already on this with no response - I'm going to email every day. If anyone wants to help with this campaign, here's the form:

OjiNmagnatebonnO 02-18-2004, 10:02 PM They do not have anymore tapes for the rest of the 3rd season..they i guess lost them or something..so i heard..I think that is the reason. Anyway..as much as i love The Division..I'm still looking forward to it on Sunday nights at 9:00. Besides..I already saw the whole 3rd season lol..and recently too! Theres no need for people to see it again..unless they missed an episode or something...:talk:
Rhiannon 02-18-2004, 11:05 PM Please don't take the Division off in the afternoons. I like to watch repeats because I missed them the first time around. Take shows like Golden Girls off- that's been re-airing for years and everyone has seen every episode at least 10 times. Also, please respond to this message and don't ignore it like y'all do to several letters sent.
That was my letter I sent.
duffy76 02-19-2004, 12:20 AM It doesn't make sense that they lost the episodes from Season 3 - they were showing them right before Season 4 started! Where did you hear that? The reason that people wanted to see Season 3 is because it was great! I missed CD and Nate's first kiss the first time around and was looking forward to seeing it. I was also taping each episode to keep and now I won't have the complete series. Besides, even if it were true that they lost the episodes, why not start over from the beginning? Why take it completely off and leave the other two shows on?
Rebel Queen 1980 02-19-2004, 01:12 AM I agree with Vera,I used to love to watch The Golden Girls,
but over the last few years that show grew tiresome, that's
probably why I'm always on SOL late at night. All my favorite
old shows aren't currently airing anywhere, heck when FOL
aired on Nick @Nite and Hallmark I spent less time at the computer or on other everyday things.I hope TD stays on
weekdays,I don't like shows like the Nanny or Any Day Now.
OjiNmagnatebonnO 02-19-2004, 03:51 PM I found out that they lost the rest of the 3rd season tapes from a friend who recently wrote to Lifetime about it. She got back mail from Lifetime tv and it said that there. I dunno if its true or not..just something i heard and just a thought:confused:
AllIWantIsYourClutch 02-19-2004, 06:34 PM That's actually sort of funny.
bananasplit 02-19-2004, 08:34 PM I think it's so rediculious that they took the division off. They don't make any new Any Day Now episodes do they? Im so mad!

*Marilyn Monroe* 02-19-2004, 10:29 PM They lost them? As in, someone misplaced a whole bunch of tapes of a hit TV show? That's just too funny! You'd think that there would be more than one copy, but maybe I'm thinking too logically. It is Lifetime we're talking about.
OjiNmagnatebonnO 02-19-2004, 10:35 PM I just heard it..it could be possible lol..the writers screw up and ya never know whats gonna happen next w/ the cast lol..so what do ya think?:happyface
Snowfall 02-20-2004, 01:21 AM Oh, please. What a surprise, Lifetime feeding us bull. They must think we are drooling idiots! What happened---somebody told an intern to take the tapes to the broadcasting room, and he got lost along the way? He left them in the bathroom at McDonald's?! Come on! Well, I e-mailed them, too, so if I get a response, I'll post it here. We'll just wait and see, I guess. If they do discontinue it, I'm going to be so mad. I've been taping them, so I'll be missing episodes 3.15-3.18, and the first half of season one. Ever since CD left, I've had a whole new appreciation for the first 3 seasons!
