Remember the talk show "Geraldo"? It use to air on CBS and I think it aired from 1987-1998.
I'm trying to find out about a certain young man who was a special guest on the show twice, once in 1996 and another in 1997. The topic was about gangs and he was a reformed gang member. During one of his two appearances, he was sitting on the stage with certain members from certain gangs and he seemed to be the only guest who had any sense. He was wearing a nice suit and because of that, one of the gang members mocked him. So he got up and defended himself by saying something to the extent of: "You think because I'm wearing a suit, I can't take you on?" Then toward the end of the show, he said something sensible and the audience applauded and Geraldo walked over to him and hugged him.
I don't remember his name and I vaguely remember what he looked like. He had to have been in his early 20's. Do any of you know who I'm talking about?
