episodes left for the show Friends, Whuch means that it's two more this month which will be 3 new episodes left with March, April and May left in the TV season. Why such a low number of new eps left for a show in it's final season I wonder?

If I remember correctly the cast agreed to do this season but for less than the regular 22 episodes.

S&TC had 20 in the last season, but they never had 24-25 episode seasons like Friends did, actually this is their longest season.

They are only doing 18 episodes this season.

Next month will be repeats all month. NBC did a thing a while back to choose your favorite 6 episodes and they will be airing those top 6 picks next month through April I think.

There are what, like 5 new episodes left?

Sad.

End of an era.

Well it's 4 left now. So starting in March it will only 3 new episodes left. I'm guessing they will be aired in late April early May.

although they've made a lot of dumb decisions.... having the finale during the first week of May Sweeps is actually VERY smart.

Because you can almost guarantee that they'll advertise the hell outa "The Frasier Finale" (which recently hasnt gotten as much viewers as "Friends").... and that way they'll win both of the first 2 weeks.
