Anne Sweeney, President of Disney Channel Worldwide/ABC Cable Networks Group, gave a presentation to Disney investors at Walt Disney World, where she revealed:
The Cheetah Girls Soundtrack has gone Platinum and is currently the #1 album on the Billboard soundtracks chart. Plus the "That's So Raven" soundtrack will be released May 18, 2004

Yeah, it's currently been 27 weeks on the charts, but it isn't and wasn't the #1 soundtrack on the Billboard charts when you posted this. Both the Barbershop 2: Back In Business, and Queer Eye for The Straight Guy soundtracks were and ARE ahead.

So what?? I know that Anne Sweeney gave a presentation this Febuary and she said that it was currently the #1 soundtrack when she made the announcment...didn't really ask for two cents, just said that it went platinum hun.

Well obviously, she was wrong... it wasn't the "#1 soundtrack" on Billboard when she made the announcement, maybe she was talking solely about her Disney catalog.

Even if it wasn't the time this was posted, it has been #1 already hehe. RIAA certified...scary. As much as I luv Raven, this was almost as bad as the LM, the singing was just better.
