I can't find anything on their page about this...How (or where do you go) do you turn someone in as a non-paying bidder?

I turn in every single person who doesnt' pay. They don't belong on eBay.

Sue: First, click on the "Site Map" link (it is located right above the Community button).
Sue: Then in the middle column, under the heading: Sellers Accounts
Sue: You'll want to click on the link that says: Request Final value fee credit
Sue: And then you'll see the Non-paying bidder alert page.
Sue: Also, you could find it by clicking on the help link, and then searching: Non-paying bidder alert

I am no longer allowed to bid on eBay because I didn't pay for things I bidded on in the past.

Oh well. There's always Amazon. Sure, a bit more expensive, but I love it. I think it's better than eBay.

I agree with that - but make sure that that bidder REALLY won't pay. I had a seller report me as a non-paying bidder, TWO MONTHS after the auction ended. I'd never received payment instructions from him, I'd emailed him, and left negative feedback. Then he says I'm a non-paying bidder! But I explained it to ebay and they had it retracted :)

Can you give me an intelligent answer as to why you never paid for items you bidded on?

THere was a Three's Company Tape that was $30.00 on another site and someone on ebay was selling that same tape for $12.00. Ebay works for me.

Well in regards to that, I've sent 2 payment reminders and an email to this person. I'm safe.

So the reason is not because you didn't have any money?

I tried several times to sell a Beatles poster that has been in a huge and large frame for nearly 11 years and worth money but nobody took it at all!!
