Kim fields and nancy Mckeon will only be doing cameo's The premis of the show will be one of the girls die or get very ill. I think it will be one of the two who will only be doing cameo's Cant wait to see
silentbri 07-02-2000, 06:50 PM Wow... where did you hear this? I'd love to see a reunion show with lots of flashbacks and stuff... maybe they can get all the girls from the first season to show up? That would be sweet!

harrison_john_lover 07-18-2000, 08:00 PM didn't the entier cast agree to never do a reunion show ever?
totally80'stv 09-14-2000, 11:24 PM I also heard that the cast signed a contract agreeing to never do a reunion show.
JohnMcMillin 09-16-2000, 11:41 AM well, they all said they were never going to reunite, but in the entertainment world, NEVER say "never" unless you're Abba or The Beatles http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/smile.gif
I have read that Lisa, Mindy and Charlotte have signed on to star in the reunion, and that Kim and Nancy will be there too, but in more supporting roles.
I personally think the reunion will definately put a better closing chapter to the show than the final episode did. Plus, it would be so nice to catch up and see what the girls, ahem ladies, are up to now.
It is supposed to have a "Big Chill" premise tho, supposedly one of the girls is going to die http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/frown.gif(((((( Why not let Andy or Pippa die off instead? LOL!!!!
Withnail 09-16-2000, 05:01 PM Does this mean ABC picked it up this fall and hasn't shot it yet? Or is it going to air this fall? Never say never--well, the Go Go's said that three times, and they have yet to follow through with any of them!!! Why did they say never in the first place? Sorry, I don't know too much of the behind-the-scenes stories. As for killing off a character, ick! Don't like that idea at all, but if they have to--I can't believe I'm saying this--they should kill off Jo. Would be ironic cause she was the only one who could keep up with the the aerobics regime. 'member that ep?
Cheers,
Withnail
The T 09-16-2000, 07:04 PM Cool! When though? ABC fall lineup has already started. Will they add it later? let us know as soon as you can!

ThomasE 09-19-2000, 12:22 AM I can't believe that the death idea was even brought up for subject. It seems unthinkable to kill off a character and should not be done.
ThomasE 09-23-2000, 09:36 PM I found out that Lisa Whelchel had an interview and she says that:
"I met with the writer and she wanted Blair to have grown up and matured and to have found herself and discovered all kinds of things," she tells TV Guide Online. "I said, 'Oh no, please don't make me do that. Let her be as lame and shallow as she ever was. It's a lot more fun.' So Blair will be back as we all knew her."
Whelchel reports that not everyone is on board for the nostalgia trip. Nancy McKeon's tough girl character, Jo Polniaczek, one of Blair's classmates at the prestigious Eastland Academy, most likely won't be dropping in. "Nancy has a new series [City Lights] on Lifetime playing a female cop and I think she's trying to kind of distance herself from the Jo character just so people can see her in a new role," explains Whelchel. "There was a rumor that Nancy would be killed off if she didn't agree to do the show, but we're still keeping our fingers crossed that she'll make a quick cameo."
Whelchel also confides that classmate Kim Fields (Tootie) may skip out on the reunion, hoping to break free from her cutesy image. But she says Facts fanatics can count on former class clown Natalie (Mindy Cohn) and headmistress Mrs. Garrett (Charlotte Rae) to join in on the fun.
If everyone is not going to be there, I says we go into the closet and dust off the original girls (Molly, Nancy, Cindy or Sue Anne) and let them fill in the gap. I think Molly Ringwald would be a good choice and Felice Shachtler as well.
Jo Polniaczek 10-01-2000, 07:13 PM How could they even think of killing off a character, especially JO?!
folffan 10-04-2000, 11:03 PM If this reunion show actually gets off the ground, all the stars should show up. It wouldn't be the same without Tootie, Jo, Nat, and Blair. Why even kill one of them off. It will be so stupid. The writers can do something better. It would ruin the whole point of a reuion show!
Nat's Fan 07 10-14-2000, 12:19 PM Can someone please Email me with more info on the reunion?BabyBlueRulz2000@cs.com
I can't wait until the Reunioun but it wont be the same without Jo or Tootie just in a cameo!
FOLlover 06-26-2001, 06:55 PM When will it be?
mew5555551 07-16-2001, 07:31 PM Man, how longer are we going to have to wait for the reunion movie?
