How can I post a picture in the picture gallery?

Go to whatever TV show you want to upload pictures to...then in the gallery page for that TV show, there should be a "Upload Pictures" link in the upper right corner of the screen. :)

It would be a good idea to keep these technical questions on one thread, per page anyway.
