After four years--and over 22,000 hits--with them, I've come to the conclusion that Freeservers, in a word, sucks.

A year ago they brought their capacity limit down to 12 MB and liberally deleted files. That was bad enough. Now I'm having troubles with some of my images and links. Some of the images in my gallery were replaced with "REMOTE LINKING FORBIDDEN" icons...for no reason whatsoever. And I cannot re-upload the theme song files, which apparently have been down for some time. Again, they cite it as a "remote linking" problem.

So I'm taking my business elsewhere.

It's for the best, anyway, as my HOTC was about 5 MB in size, which took up nearly half of my Freeservers account (I have a main non-HOTC site on Freeservers).

We can't promise copious updates, but we promise to have the best, most comprehensive HOTC site out there. Coming soon will be full quality mp3s of the theme song (hopefully) and the entire HOTC parody from Mad Magazine. Things we couldn't even dream of including on the old site because of Freeservers' crap-tastic bandwith.

I'm even thinking of giving the new site a new name. Any ideas?

And if you have any other ideas about what you'd like to see on the site, I am all ears. We now have 20 MB of space to play with, so there's more room for creativity.

One night I was fortunate enough to capture the closing theme without interruption from the voice of Nick at Nite (at the end when they show the picture of Fillmore H.S, and roll the closing credits. This night they forgot to have the announcer say that Family Ties was coming up next). It is the closing theme that is used in the whole entire Billy season (the one that sounds more like the normal music of HOTC, and not the other one that was used with most of the Mr. Moore epsiodes, especially most of season 2). I hope that I am making sense.

I think that the closing theme that I have was also used in the Mr. Moore episode "Teacher's Teacher."

Is this something that you may want to include in your site?
