Eric's sister and Donna's mother? Why did they leave the show?

Tanya Roberts (midge) left the show to care for her ailing husband. I believe he recovered from his illness, but I guess she has no interest in rejoining the cast.

Lisa Robin Kelly had some drug problems which forced her off the show for a while. She came back for a few guest spots last season (?) but for some reason they replaced her with another actress this year.

she isnt on the show cuz she still has a drug problem.
