I was wondering if anyone remembers this shortlived sitcom. It was based in Chicago. And was repeated for a short while on TBS in the wee hours. I haven't been able to find a thing on it, and I'm starting to wonder if it's a figment of my imagination!!!

You can rest easy, for it is not a figment of your imagination. I also used to watch "Safe at Home" on TBS back in the 80's. I think the show was produced by TBS. It only lasted a few months in 1986, but they reran the show for years at different times of the day or night. For the most part, it was on in the early morning hours. Remember the main character was Amy and she had a macho boyfriend named Ace, which her brother didn't approve of.
