how many of you know if you snore or not? im not 100% sure i dont but i dont think i do

I have been told that I do. It's not a constant snoring, just every so often. Not like my dad though, sometimes you can hear him from down the hall.

Nope, my sister does all the sleep stuff...like snoring and talking in her sleep. I'm a sound sleeper. :p

Yes. I Take after My Mother and Grandfather In That Area. I Have never heard Myself snore but if im anything as bad as they are.... :eek:

I used to as a teen but not anymore I guess I got out of the habit!!

I don't even snore..I have on a few occasions, tho, but the last time I was told I snored in my sleep was when I was in 9th grade...

I'll never forget a camping trip where I woke up in the middle of the night - my dad was snoring, my mom was snoring, my brother was snoring, my sister was snoring, even the dang dog was snoring! :mad: Is that fair?

I dont snore. I used to. I just kind of...breathe heavily now. But I have asthma so...maybe thats it? I dunno.

I thought about recording myself sleeping on night to see if i do :lol:

I don't snore, but I have been told I talk in my sleep and grind my teeth! Well, I don't know if I do that anymore since no one else is sleeping in my bedroom with me at night to hear it. Well, unless you count my cat, which if I WAS grinding my teeth she'd probably start hissing and wake me up. So, I don't think I do anymore. ;)

Same with my dad. I can hear him through floors.

But no, I don't think so. I suppose I make funny noises if I'm clogged up though.

I don't snore. My husband does, but only if he's overly tired or has had a few drinks. I feel like smothering him sometimes, lol.

I don't snore but my grandma does! She snores so badly that when she used to look after me, I had to shut her bedroom door and even then I still heard her. I don't know how my grandpa can get any sleep sharing the same bed lol.

Unless someone is sleeping next to you each night and can vouch you don't snore, it's pretty much a given that people snore every once in a while. It can signal medical problems so if you do it a lot, or wake youself up snoring:eek: you should see a doctor.

Im a heavy breather too. My boyfriend wakes me up a lot and tells me to stop. He talks in his sleep, its funny listening to him.

I don't snore at all. My little sister, however, snores like she's cutting logs.

I don't think so. I do grind my teeth though. The dentist told me that is why my eye teeth are all worn down.

I shared a room with my sister for five years, and I've had three different roommates since I've been to college. I don't snore. :D

me too. at a party my friends woke me up and told me i yelled the chickens are comeing in my sleep 3 times. so i talk in my sleep but i dont snore

I dont snore, but i talk in my sleep an sleep walk. I sleep walk so bad, that one tyme i walked outside in the middle of the night ! :lol:
