There was one episode of step by step where suzanne was watching threes company on tv and dana said "mom why are you watching that show?" and she replied "chrissy is my favorite character." this was funny.

There was an episode in the early years where jt, dana, and karen got jobs at the new 50's cafe and frank and carol walked in and they go "reminds me of american graffiti" and frank goes "maybe ill run into the blond on the t-bird" and the audience started laughing. I then looked on movietome.com and saw Suzanne's character in the movie was indeed "blonde on the t-bird"

here is the lnk:

I remember in one episode where Cody is doing a mystery story and in the story Frank said you know what they say Three's A Crowd, and Carol said I always thought Three's Company

Yeah, actually, there were quite a few "Three's Company" references on "Step by Step." Don't forget the one where Jean-Luc tells Carol that she looks like Chrissy from "Three's Company." Lol.

I've noticed that in the episode where Frank and JT pretend to be pregnant, that they edited out the "Three's Company" reference on ABC Family. *sigh* That's really disappointing

I think it's the episode where Frank and a friend are involved in a bowling match against Carol and Jean-Luc. At least that's what I read at the TV tome episode guide.

thanks for letting me know. I watched it today and one of the episodes was when Carol teaches Jean-Luc to drive. that was hilarious.

Well, I'm not 100% sure. That's just what I read on TV Tome. They're not always correct. I have to agree with you that the one where Carol teaches Jean Luc how to drive was really good.

I luv "American Graffiti". Cindy Williams (from "Laverne & Shirley") & Ron Howard "Happy Days") are my faves in the movie-yes & Suzanne too!

Hey yesterdays episode was where Karen,JT, and Dana got jobs at the 50's cafe. it was where Frank and Carol walked in and he said it reminded him of American Graffiti. And he said if he got lucky maybe he would run into the blonde with the thunderbird. and Carol said something like you never know she could be here. that was a good episode.

Hey today was the episode where Cody wrote the story on the typewriter. It took place in the 60's. Carol Played Mrs.HoneyDew and she said I always thought three's company!

There was a christmas episode that guest-starred Don Knotts as well, but for some reason, the show used several "Andy Griffith" references (I think Knotts played a mall security guard named Barney Fif) instead of Three's Company ones. I was waiting for Carol to say to him "You remind me of my old landlord."
