I can't believe how mean Doug and Carrie were in last nights episode! especially in "Cheap Saks" I felt soooooo bad for Doug's ex girlfriend. It seems like they hate everyone.

Carrie was really annoying in Switch Sitters too. In fact, the only good thing about that episode is seeing Kevin's feet in the tub. That man has one nice foot, if I don't say so myself.

Especially Carrie! She was fine as long as she got what she wanted then she didn't care if the girl dropped dead! If she didn't want to be her friend then she should have said so instead of waiting until she got her discount then treat her like dirt. My God she cold have waited until they got out of the store. With her nasty attitude who would want to be around her?

Then maybe you shouldn't watch the show.

But there ARE people like her out there. And there are guys as dumb as Doug. That's the whole point of the show--to make you realize this happens.

Don't get me wrong I love the show but I agree with *GoodMorningCalgary* when saying that they were jerks. I guess sometimes you don't know who your real friends are. I also felt bad for Doug's ex- girlfriend too. She seemed so lonley:(

we love show! Its one of my favorites. but I don't think we've ever seen either of them act this bad before. see it would be funny if doug's ex girlfriend did something bad to them before now theyre getting back at her. But she didn't do ANYTHING in the first place! which made it so bad.

Exactly!!! Couldn't Carrie have said something like could you please stop saying literally all of the time because it's really annoying that was the reason that she gave Doug for not liking her. I'm sure that she(the ex) could have done that. When Doug told carrie that it was why he treated her that way in the bedroom she was appalled.

Though, that's not how Carrie is. It also would be a rather boring episode if that was the case. There would be no point to it. I'm sure saying "literally" wasn't the only reason Carrie didn't like her. She probably annoyed her in general. Yeah, it was rude of them, but that is what made the whole episode funny.

I also agree with "Calgary".....Doug and Carrie have gotten very mean.....especially this season. I have the DVD of season 1 and they seemed both soo nice and Carrie had a certain sweetness about her. I know the show needs to evolve over 6 years and the characters get older but it just seems different now. They are much more nasty and selfish now.
