Is there a certain sitcom character from one of your favorite shows that you get a kick out on how they dress or their style?

I loved Jan'et Du Bois clothes when she played Willona on the first three seasons of Good Times; everything she put on was HIP for that time period (the mid-70's) from the funky wigs to the her shoes...

For men it is a tie between Ron Glass when he played Sgt. Harris for eight seasons on Barney Miller; even with a large fro and plaid suits, this brother still looked sharped..My second favorite is Tim Reid when he played Venus Flytrap on WKRP in Cincinnati...He was just fly and outrageous....

I love Rachel Greens wardrobe on FRIENDS. If I was a size 0 that's how I would dress :)

I think the character of Stevie on I'm With Her, played by Danny Comden, dresses way cool. It's like upscale thrift store. His shirts are awesome!

I'd have to go with Ward and June Cleaver! They could be doing yard work and still be dressed up enough to go out on the town!:)

I agree, and along the same lines, Maxwell Sheffield. Then again, he looks good in anything he wears! ;)

The outfits I like are:
The Golden Girls; I know that they were old lady clohtes but they were so expensive and nice.
Murphy Brown; she always wore those nice suits at work and even when she was at home she would wear something stylish.
Clair Huxtable; shw always wore nice clohtes at work and at home.
Three's Company; I liked ther clohtes even though they were 70's bell bottoms and things but there were a few cute clohtes that they wore. John Ritter looked good in anything you put him in.
Samantha Stephens; her clohtes were always pretty, no matter what.
Jeannie Nelson; Even though she spent a lot of time wearing her genie outfit; the clohtes that she wore otherwise were always so pretty and she looked good in anything anyway.
Angela Bower-She always looked nice no matter what, so did Samantha.
Laura Petrie and Mary Richards-They both looked good; one was a house wife and one worked on a news station and they both always looked good.
Ashley Banks-She always had the cutest clohtes from the pilot to the end of the show; I always wanted outfits like hers.
Debra Barone-She always looked good for a housewife and mother of three.

That's all for now. :D

Without a doubt, Fran Fine - The Nanny! Best wardrobe of any nanny, with the figure to wear them all! Didn't matter if they were a little loud, she sure could pull them off!

And yeah, Maxwell Sheffield - didn't matter whether it was a tux, suit or that black turtleneck sweater and jeans - he could make a pair of sweats look great!!

From the 50's
Lucille Ball from I Love Lucy, her clothes always looked nice.
Desi Arnaz from I Love Lucy, he always wore suits and Tuxedos.

60's
Darrin Stephens from Bewitched always in a suit for his job.
Samantha Stephens Bewitched her clothes looked nice she wore formals, casuals, and slacks for around the house while she cleaned the house.
Ginger Grant of Gilligan's Island-always looked sexy in those formal dresses.

70's
Ron Harris of Barney Miller always in a suit.
Janet Wood of Three's company she wore cute outfits and looked nice.

The ultimate best dressed sitcom character would be Dr. Niles Crane from Frasier, he was always in a double breasted suit. He looked sharp, and I wish I could find a double breasted suit, but they don't make them anymore.

The Howells (Gilligan's Island)- i got a kick out of Mrs. Howell's zany outfits and her hats! of course Mr. Howell was always dressed like the dignified Havard man that he was
Ginger Grant- (same show:lol: ) I luved her evening gowns. and of course she always looked great. but nice outfits... not always the most practical for an island but! :D
Samantha Stevens- (Bewitched)- i luved her outfits! especially the ones that looked really witch like if you kwow what i mean...
Boss Hogg- hilarious outfit! :D
but... even characters that always have the same outfit in episode after episode... they're great because you really can recongnize them anywhere! :D
