I just don't know why they choose a grown man to play the part of Michael's bully instead of a bigger boy his age-LOL

Yup-LOL He went from being in Michael's class to being someone who was in J.J's age category.

I believe the person's name was Jane Murray (but I could be wrong)....

Look at him, he wasn't exactly grown. Michael was taller than him with his fro.
