She is a little taller than D.J. and Kimmy, and she has long blond hair. Anyone have a screenshot of her to provide?

More of a fuller figure, bustier, more mature looking. In fact, when DJ and Kimmy bumped into Cathy on the first of junior high, they didn't even recognize her.
