I see on one episode Donna have lil' sister. Now Donna no have lil' sister and no one believe me. ? What happen to Donna lil' sister ?

her sisters name is tina i think and she was only in that one episode i think the writers decided to just leave her out. donna also has an older sister but she was never seen.
