I pretty young when he died, but lately I've gotten to really like his acting as well as his dynimo good looks. Any other fans out there?

I'm only 21, but I'm a huge Dean fan. As is my mother!

Even been to his hometown in Indiana, where his brother still lives. They're so proud of him over there, and no wonder. I think there's all of two traffic lights in that entire town ;)

Just 29 here but I've been a fan since junior high, which is when I began collecting just about anything I could find on him. Giant is my favorite Dean film, with Rebel Without a Cause as my second favorite. :)

In honor of his 73rd birthday, which would have been yesterday:

Big Dean fan.

I wrote a 15 page college paper on Dean and had gotten to see a retrospective on his tv career at the Museum of Television in NY (back when some of you were probably born- 1986!).

Fantastic actor, complicated beyond belief, and no doubt would have surprassed Brando as the best actor of his time.

A great book to read on Dean is The Mutant King by David Dalton.
