How much do you all exercise. I used to exercise on and off when I was 15 when I ran high school track but then after high school and during college off and on I lifted weights but then a job and college I just collasped and went out of it!! And stopped working out completely despite a brief exercise in 1998-1999 but then in 2001, I worked out more on the cardiovascular and don't ever, ever, do weights because the cardio is much more important because of the heart and lungs getting stronger!! I work out four or five times a week doing Tae-Bo for an hour!! It is really good for you!!

I work out for about 2 hours a day. .. lifting, push ups, sit ups, pull ups, usual crap. I have to, if I don't it will bother me. I think its like compulsive. and for PE this semester, we get to do weight training so its all good even though the equipment sucks.

I try to play a good game of basketball at least 3 times a week.

I ride my excercise bike Monday through Friday for at least 30 minutes, sometimes more if I'm up to it.

It's not much, but it makes me feel better.

I'm trying to exercise more than I used to. After I graduated high school 2 years ago I didn't do any exercise at all (except for maybe a little walking but that was to get to places!) since I didn't have to. Now, I'm going to the fitness center more often which is at my dad's work. It's free, so that's good. I just do the treadmill and other machines. It's pretty boring because they have no pool! That's really the only physical activity that I consider fun. Except I won't be able to go there much longer since my insurance won't cover it. Unless I get a job at my dad's company. Even though I'm not fat at all, I'm NOT in good shape. When I run I get tired after like a quarter of a mile. i want to join the Y so I can swim in a pool and maybe join a class. I need to get into shape, not lose weight!

I just rode my bike for a half hour. I have one of those trainers you hook your bike up to so you can use it as a stationary bike.

I try to work out thre or four days a week and ride my bike (when it's not 5 degrees out), but I alwys hit a slump in the winter. It's hard for me to get motivated to work out when it's cold and dark all the friggin time.

But February is my "get back in shape" month so I have been working out steadily the past week.

Pass the chips and butter please.

Exercise? What's that? I'm the most out of shape person there is, but I'm not fat so it doesn't bother me that I'm too lazy to exercise. Yes, I'm sure this sounds bad and sometimes I think that I should go and work out but then I think of something else I'd rather do, usually taking a nap.

Wow, that made me sound like the biggest slug on the planet.

Since my schedule is pretty hectic most of the time I don't work out as much as I should. I do belong to a gym though, and try to make it there at least twice a week.

Usually 40 pushups, 65 crunches, and 1-2 miles on the Treadmill each day. Some days I slack off, though, when I'm completely exhausted.

I also carry a 15 pound rifle around every goddamn day, so that counts as something. This spring I'm also playing tennis and possibly running track. I'm iffy about track, though. I used to be able to run a mile in about 7 minutes, but the past few years I just slacked majorly.

Ahhhh, I love swimming! And biking too. But you can't really bike up here in the winter...Too cold to do that...and the nearest pool to me is outdoors, and the Y is clear across town. I get enough exercise as it is running up and down the stairs at my college.

Well, I have a really bad back and doing normal excercises (like push-ups and sit-ups) just kills me. So I do what I can, as far as walking and biking. Biking can sometimes hurt it too though :(

I dance almost every day (ballet/jazz/modern) and do pilates 3 times a week. I do an insane amount of stretching and training for that which is about all the excercise I need.
I'll also go running during the warmer months just to relieve stress or occasionally lift.

I walk at the mall, 3 miles every day. I've lost over 70 pounds since last May and walking has been a huge reason. I also have a pretty physically active job so that keeps me busy too.

I'm lost on days I can't walk now. I have to get out there or I feel horrible.
