Nyquil doesnt do anything for me. I've taken it a few times and not once have I gotten tired. I was like "Okay....when is this stuff gonna kick in?" Yeah...it doesnt do anything for me.

alright so last year I was sick so I took tylonal cold pm...and it like knocked me out which wasnt good because I was studying for a test (ended missing it and it didnt make a diff.) but when I take sleepin things, I am still wicked groggy in the morning, because I am really not a morning person, I need my sleep

Nyquil knocks me out fast same thing with Dimatap except that stuff tastes better.

you could always mix it up in a blender with cherry ice cream and epsom salt for an interesting "Health Shake" with a twist :)

Sometimes I also take CALMS FORTE to help me calm down some........

My son takes ZzzQuil to help him sleep. I only take it when I have a really bad cold, I don't like the taste of it.

Not good to take either 2 for two long, I guess now and then. A friend took one of them one night before she went to sleep and died in her sleep. She did have a heart condition.

I don't think I ever took either one, but did make up a sleep combo in 1999 and sleep 8-10 hrs nightly, have tweaked the combo over t he years and it works good. Calms is in the mix.

If I take anything with alcohol, I get dizzy and makes me feel strange. If I have a cold I take hot chocolate and it seems to help me sleep.
