let me just say this; I THINK that whenever raven wants to do something, guess what, she does it. There aint no "well maybe i shouldnt" or "second thoughts" If she wants to do it. It's done. This is why; Her parents trust her enough to give her a little slack on the "leash" Hell they "kicked her out" when she moved with lindsay, pretty much (not literally people) and raven has more than enough sense in her head to make her own decisions. If raven wants to have some guys over, she does...if she wants to smoke a cigarette, she lights the fire, and if she ever wanted to dye her hair blonde, get the f&ck back britney and hilary cause theres gonna be a new and improved version of the "blonde bombshell" in town and they wouldnt be able to touch her cause she would look so fine she would be clownin on them mud ducks!

I agree wit ya on the fact of no second thoughts, but I'm more than sure she thinks things out thoroughly before she acts on them. I think she knows what she does and doesn't look good in...blonde hair ain't one. I believe she won't go there.

I can tell her hair color changed. Now let me tell you a secret...it's called a rinse. There are extensions that chicks get sewed into their hair, so it all looks one color. You being a girl, I thought you would know that, so remember it's a rinse not a dye.

hey i HAD black hair just like rae and then after age 11 my hair started turning brownish, it looks like it's streaked brown and black!!!

LOL J but that you can tell that is nota rinse. You can tell when hair is rinsed and when is dyied. I say is dyed besides she's been giving her jair light bases for a while in order to have the color she has now the rest I know are extensions though!:lol: :crazy:
