HDNET PREMIERES “PHILLY,” “ROBBERY: HOMICIDE DIVISION” AND
“ODYSSEY 5” THURSDAY FEB. 12

DALLAS – February 5, 2004 – HDNet announces the addition of three drama series to its Thursday prime-time lineup. On February 12 the network will premiere “Philly,” “Robbery: Homicide Division” and “Odyssey 5,” all broadcast in 1080i HDTV.

“These are all great series with great followings, and we are
happy to present them to a new audience on HDNet,” said Mark Cuban, co-founder and president of HDNet.

Thursday’s “Danger and Drama” night on HDNet begins with “Philly” at 8:00 p.m. ET, starring Emmy Award-winner Kim Delaney as Kathleen Maguire, a single mom a year out of law school who is steadily building her reputation as a tough, no-nonsense defense attorney in the weathered courtrooms of
Philadelphia's City Hall. She owns her own firm — often
representing repeat offenders — and finds herself in a world unto itself. The show also stars Tom Everett Scott, Rick Hoffman and Scotty Leavenworth.

"Philly" is followed by “Robbery: Homicide Division” at 9:00 p.m.
ET, a riveting drama about the elite Robbery and Homicide Division of the present-day Los Angeles Police Department. Tom Sizemore, Barry Shabaka Henley, Klea Scott, David Cubitt and Michael Chan star as the detectives in this select unit who work only high-profile crime wherever it occurs in Los Angeles.

Finally, “Odyssey 5” premieres at 10:00 p.m. ET. In this science
fiction thriller, five astronauts on a routine mission in space witness a catastrophic event on Earth. Through the help of a mysterious alien known as The Seeker, they are transported five years into the past. Peter Weller, Sebastian Roche, Christopher Gorham, Leslie Silva and Tamara Craig Thomas star as the crew that must relive the years leading up to the end of the Earth, and figure out how to stop it from happening again.
