I would just like to know did he ever get out of jail? For those of you who dont know Stuart Heaton he was convicted of murdering a 16 year old girl in Ramsey Illioni the victim had been stabbed 81 times so the police were looking for a man with cuts on his hands.The brother of the victim mentioned that Stuart Heaton owned a white pick up truck like the one others had seen out the front of the home and when police went to investagate sure enough Stuart had cuts on his hands but he claims he is a carpentar and of cours he would have cuts on his hand.The main peice of evidence against him was dna taken from the victims pubic hair but other dna expert dispute the way the dna sample was compared to Stuart the last peice of info i can find is in 1995 so help me im stuck. :wave:

An appeal was filed to get his guilty verdict overturned, but his motion for a new trial was denied in the spring of 2003. Therefore, he is still in prison.
