As far as I'm concerned, Mr. Roper wins hands down. Furley was just annoying and cheesy, whereas Roper was a funny, grumpy guy - and I love his facial mugs for the camera.:D

I agree that Roper was grumpy. I didn't find Furley annoying.
He had many sides to him: funny, sensitive, emotional, caring...and his bug eyes were hilarious!

I liked Furley better.He was more of a friend to the kids than Roper.Plus it made me laugh when he thought Jack and Larry had something going on:lol:

Even though I don`t have a favorite, I voted for Mr. Roper. They both caused side-splitting laughter!
