yes it does. At the beginning of each episode, it shows "Roseanne". In some episodes, they have a part of the show before they play the opening theme, but in other episodes, they go directly into the opening theme. Well first...

"We're in the Money" was the second episode of the show and it didn't have a part one because it was a one-part episode. Also, Jackie didn't get cable in that episode because (even thought I don't know what episode it was), Jackie already moved into her house, so it had to be sometime in seasons 6-9, and I'm almost sure it was in season 6.

The answer to the other question is because Dan gave DJ a taste of beer.
