Star Trek: Deep Space 9 will be coming to Spike TV on Monday, April 5, 2004, airing weekdays at 7 p.m. and Saturdays at 4 p.m. & 5:00 p.m.

STAR TREK: DEEP SPACE NINE
This April, the acclaimed series Star Trek: Deep Space Nine joins
Star Trek: The Next Generation on Spike TV. In this series, a
Federation space station guards the opening of a stable wormhole to the far side of the Galaxy while orbiting the liberated planet of Bajor.
During its premiere week, beginning Monday 4/5, tune in for nine
hours of Deep Space Nine each weekday from 12p-9p. Regularly
scheduled Monday – Friday at 7p, Saturdays at 4p & 5p.
Starting Friday 4/9, Spike TV brings you an Uncut presentation of two episodes of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine each Friday at 9p & 10p.
These two-parter episodes will be presented with limited commercial breaks.
• 4/9 - Emissary
• 4/16 - The Maquis
• 4/23 - The Search
• 4/30 - Past Tense



Effective Monday, April 5, 2004:
12:00PM Seven Days (replaces 2nd airing of MacGyver)
1:00PM Star Trek: TNG (replaces Seven Days)
7:00PM Star Trek: DS9 (replaces Star Trek: TNG)

This is great! A Trek marathon on the week of my birthday. I can dig it.

I bet Next Generation is back in a few weeks at 8PM because DS9 will tank.

I don't think I get Spike TV. :(

I know this is probably a dumb question, but is Spike TV a channel, or something else? :o

Spike TV is the new name for TNN which it took over in August 2003.

I just found that out, shortly after I asked. :o :lol:

Though I am a big fan of the classic Star Trek as well as Star Trek-The Next Generation, I never really got into DS9 when it was in first run. However, I've been watching it on Spike and now I'm hooked! I guess better late than never.:)
