I was watching some old FOL episodes and I noticed in some of the epsiodes esp. Sex Symbol, Take My Finals Please, Blair was really big sisterly to Natalie and they did seem like sisters and Natalie looked up to Blair like a little sister would.

Does anybody agree?

I can see your point on that. But I think of everyone, it was Jo and Blair who had the sisterly relationship. They always seemed at war with each other, but deep down they did care about/look after each other, just as many sisters do.
