Bad trader warning

I started this trade in September. I sent a few, she sent a few---then we agreed to a larger trade of ten.
She emailed pretty often with updates and episode info. Then I heard nothing for a few weeks----Finally I heard the following.
I am traveling- I am getting ready for thanksgiving, I am recovering from thanksgiving. I am getting ready for Christmas, I am sick- I will be out of town. I am getting divorces, I am separated, and then my husband is sick- (William also has a bad rep)
I mailed them, they must have gotten lost- (no delivery confirmation however)
I will redo them and so on and so on. Now here we are in February. I think 6 months is long enough time to say I won’t be getting anything.

All I can say is ANYONE doing a trade—when you get the address, if it is located in Loudon Tennessee think TWICE
She uses family, aliases and neighbors.

I talked with TJ about this, and three of Pam's IDs have already been banned (tvshowtrader, dawsonscreekfan, loudonslim). I'm on the look out, so if you suspect anyone, please ask either me or TJ.

Above all, we need to just remember the vacinity of Loudon, Tennessee (http://maps.yahoo.com/py/maps.py?Pyt=Tmap&&csz=Loudon+TN+&Get%A0Map=Get+Map). I would even go as far as to say that I'd be nervous about trading with anyone in Georgia, as Loudon is around 100 miles from that border.

IDs change, so we should not trust someone on that alone. A thorough trader check will help prevent us from getting ripped off.

By the way, thanks, sierraclublover, for speaking out. We need to watch out for each other in the game of trading.

"Well I sent them, so it's the U.S. post office fault, not mine...blah blah, etc... :rolleyes: pah-leeeze... I'm never trading in that state...sorry folks...she's everywhere! :lol: :eek:

There are a lot of people that have been scammed by her, but it is a good thing that us who know her ways of trading very well, keep posting her as a bad trader so that other people do not become a victim of hers. everywhere i look she is posted as a bad trader and well it is very disturbing that she could get away with scamming people left and right, but hey thats how some people are these days. there only out to please themselves, and well i bet she is very pleased with herself right now which is also very disturbing.

...so as you posted in another thread about your have/wants I too, like Agent J mentioned, would like to know your first ID before you said you had to change it for some reasons...I see you listed Dawsons Creek :rolleyes:

It's intersteing how you just registered here, and make no indication what your other username was or used to be..why the secrecy? And, there is absolutely no reason for you not to be able to use your old username unless it was banned for misconduct. Passwords are always mailed to you so it's not that either... I saw your initial post here with your Have List and Wants...quite impressive. I notice you looove Dawsons Creek.. No one here does as much as you... LOL which made me think of Dawsoncreekfan and other aliases, etc.. :rolleyes:

Like Agent 13, what was your old Username you were trying to use? Surely you haven't forgtten it yet since you tried to use it rcently... The moderators here could always check your IP address as well, and cross-check other usernames by IP address etc... Care to share? :lol: I bring this up only because NO member in history here, that just signs up on a message board, chimes in on harping on a bad trader as their 2nd post, when they have no issues with them, nor shold have any opinions since they're new here. LOL So what was your old username you were trying to use? Maybe one of the Moderators here can help you refresh your memory and continue with your old username??? ;)

my old username was daydreamer11. i was not banned or anything for bad behavior i barely even come in here! i dont know why i couldnt get on my old name. why are u so concered with what my old name was, do actually thing i am pamela beaty or something. and so what if i like dawsons creek a lot that doesnt mean anything. there are a lot of people that liked that show. hmm seems you just wanted to start a fight of some kind. dont waste your breath please because i just wont reply to you. and i have had an issue with her. i did an 8 tape trade with her awhile back and never got my end. how do u know i didnt have an issue with her?

Please forgive any skepticism on this board. The affects of Pam Beaty's shenanigans are still fresh on many of our minds. :( Pam Maples has a tendency to come up where we least expect it, using various IDs to confuse everyone.

Xmoonglowgirl, or guy...no disrespect intended, and please do not misinterpret me. We all have to be cautious here, for the obvious reasons of flakes, and scammers and bad traders, liars, cheats it just turns my stomach! :mad: and well, your post(s) was vague, ambiguous and unintelligeable, so I had to respond in kind. Since you feel you have cleared the air about this issue, and revealed your past username (cool!) great, no problem with me then.

Just looking out for folks such as yourself and others here, who need to be aware of people continually changing their usernames and e-mail address to try and fool people out of their trades and money! :eek: ;)

i dont feel like i have misunderstood anything. i was just very angry that from just one or two posts that i made, you came to the conclusion that i was out to scam someone. I find it very rude that you think that my post was intellegable. Are u saying i am stupid? Now that everything is cleared up i would like to go on posting without so much grief as to being involved or associate with pamela beaty.

that's a bit harmless said in my opinion but thanks for telling your ID.

i did not join in this board to disrespect anyone either. i just found it very arrogant of beavis to assume something bad of me by one or two posts. and your right about what i said about her being pleased, that is my opinion and you have yours. i don't blame anyone for being POed about being ripped off. I got my old name back and im glad, but he didn't have to be so hipocrytical about the whole situation. Just because I had dawsons creek in my have list, does not mean i have anything to do with her and im sorry if some people may think that. ill just remove dawsons creek from my list then.

She could get into real troube using their services to perpetrate her schemes.

I know there's the whole long debate about the legality of trading/selling/etc., but it's just a thought.

There is also one that is something like "abuse@fcc.gov" or something where you can send stuff direct to the FCC.

Exactly. Someone contacted me privately the other day that Pam's in the process of moving. This is not a pretty picture.

And I am the latest moron to get scammed by her too.

Anyway we can get her name out faster??
