THe Worst Episode of Season One was DEFINTELY-MOTHER JEFFERSON's BOYFRIEND. I hated all episodes that revolved around Mother Jefferson because she slowed the show down and she well you know the rest.

I think the worst episode of season one was the one where Weezy slaps Lionel for making some comment about George. I forget the title of that one. It was too serious & I got nothing out of it. There were only two Mother Jefferson episodes that I liked. The one where she fakes a fall in the kitchen to gain George & Weezy's sympathy, and the one where she makes George take her to a funeral and it turns out to be the wrong funeral.

Once again Solomon I agree with you when it comes to story lines based on Mother Jefferson; though I did not dislike her, I just enjoyed George a lot more....and another thing I did not find Mother Jefferson funny even when she was rude towards Louise...I would had kick the old hag in the ass:lol:

Yeah I didn't think Mother Jefferson was a funny enough character to hae her own storyline.
