He got into a argument with Texas Tech University's chancellor of the school. They were both shopping at a grocery store for lunch 2 miles from the school & they got into a heated argument about something. Bobby might get suspended for 3 games for his behavior. This dude needs to be banned from coaching ever again period. He's a f****n d***head. I hate that guy. He grabbed a Indiana University player by the arm & yelled at him in 97 when all the player said to him was hey what's up Bobby. That guy is possessed by the devil LOL.

He did not get suspended, the Chancellor backed off. Sounds like they were yelling at each other, so did the Chancellor want to suspend himself also? If the story of what happened is correct it sounds like the Chancellor was the one who tried to get on Knight's nerves.

That kid he grabbed said "What's up Knight" I thought, and all he did is grab him and tell him to treat him with respect. I also think that kid was the son of someone who had a prior run-in with Knight so it seemed like he was trying to pis* off Knight. I think he is funny the way he doesnt take any crap from any kids, he is old-school.

Bobby is lucky he didn't get suspended. I think he should be banned from coaching period. He's a *******.

He needs to go all together. If he piss offed his players in Indiana(they too way, way, too long to finally get rid of him if you ask me!!) he will do the same to Texas!!

He didnt p$$$ off his players in Indiana, nearly all of them stood behind him. There is no doubt he is a nut, but he is entertaining.

First, it is sad that why did all his players stood up for him when he was abusive to them!! Hear the complaints!! Hear how he choked one of the players or former!! Texas should has think twice of hiring him because he is abusive not just physically but mentally and emotionally!!

Sinatrastar why are u taking up for Bobby? Like i said he's a a**hole. Texas Tech should've never hired him to coach. I guarantee u if he would've been black, he would've never gotten another coaching job. That guy is a d**khead & i hate the way he yells & screams at players. Players will never appreciate u & respect u when u treat them any kind of way. I'm shocked the players at Indiana University stood up for him & took his side when he treated them like s**t. I'm not saying that you're supposed to baby these players & be all nice to them but u still have to treat them with respect & talk to them calmly. Yelling & screaming at players isn't gonna get players to play better. It has to come from within the players to wanna play better.

If he was so bad, he wouldnt be able to recruit any players to come to his school. Look at where Tech is now compared to where they have been! They did the right thing.
