Annette O' Toole as Lana Lang was one of the few bright spots in Superman III. I also think it's ironic that Terence Stamp (General Zod in Superman II) is now the voice of Jor-El in Smallville. I don't know if she actually qualifies for this poll, though someone can have a pleasing, commanding or sexy voice. I'm not disparaging voice actors - I'm a huge Simpsons fan - but I don't know if I'd include them in a poll like this.
