Since TV Land has aired the first season and a portion of the second, has anyone noticed that Beaver is constantly lying? I also notice that when he talks to Ward, he begins the majority of his sentences with "Well.. or Well I..."

I agree on both counts. He did appear to make up stories more often---which was cute when he was little, and he often did begin his sentences with "Well......... or "Gee..........

a strap to the back would have taken care of that...
