does anyone ever notice the pin dr.huxtable wears in most of the episodes it has something like "sp" on it, does anyone know what it stands for. ive tried to find out and cant come up with anything, please let me know.:confused:

It's SD, for Sammy Davis Jr. They had done a live show together sometime in the 80's. If I remember correctly Cosby started wearing that button when Sammy fell in ill health and continued after he passed away. Either way, the button was for Sammy Davis.
