There have been many "Wings"-related items showing up on eBay lately, and most of them have been selling for healthy prices with multiple bids....

Of course, the highlight of this week's bidding is that rare photo-filled "Wings" Yearbook which was given to cast and crew when the series ended (sold by our own "Wings" cast veteran "aeromass")....
That auction closed today and ended up selling for....now GET this...$293.88! (The starting bid was only $9.99 and there were 24 bids). Such bidding enthusiasm for "Wings" items is truly exciting to see. (I HOPE that one of the regulars on this message board ended up winning the auction....Believe me, I gave it my best shot, but the bidding got a little too high for My checkbook! I AM happy for (and slightly envious of) the winner though.)

Other items like "Wings" 8 x 10 glossies, scripts and even video recordings of episodes are receiving nice bidding activity and final closing prices.....

Who SAYS that nobody likes this show????

The current bid for 170 episodes of Wings is 71 dollars! Not a bad deal. I'm sure the winning bid will be around 200 dollars. Something interesting the seller said:

"Another side note is that the tapings done from N@N (about 70%) all have added scenes that were left out from both NBC and USA runs of the show due to commercial placements."

Added scenes. Interesting.

I know that's true for USA since it was syndication. But that's hard to believe for NBC. I have never sceen an episode on Nick that I didn't recall seeing all the scenes on NBC. It would be interesting to know if it was true.

I can't bid on Ebay anymore. I spent way too much money last year, and then I bought a lousy bobble head. I sent the money order, and never recieved the item. Later, they e-mailed me saying I had never paid them. And as a result, my account was closed.
