Where Jack has to play the part of his phony "twin brother" named Austin in order to get a cheaper lease on the apartment or something like that.

Don Knotts is fooled in to thinking there are actually two brothers (austin/jack wears the cowboy hat), the end has Jack almost coming clean about not really having a twin when a drunk Don Knotts goes into an empty room and because of being wasted, thinks he sees "Austin" and then comes out to tell Jack that everything is cool because Austin just apologized.
