ive seen it only once and it was many years ago, radar and kernal potter were laying down on this hill both in camouflage makeup, radar took one look at potter and started laughing his but off, he was laughing so much that he couldnt stop and potter was looking at him like he didnt know what to say to radar, can someone please tell what episode this was?:confused: P.S. i may not remember it totally right but i think this is the way the scene went.

The episode was "Dear Sigmund" from season 5.
In the scene you mention, Col. Potter becomes the victim of a practical joke - the eyepieces of his binoculars were covered with black paint and when he looked through them he had rings around his eyes.
Radar takes one look at his commanding officer and laughs so hard he falls out of the jeep they are sitting in. A great scene.
