Can someone help me out? My little girl started crying last night during the final ten minutes and I missed what happened at the end.

I saw that Jake was going to Northwestern but I was wondering what happened after that. Many thanks if someone could summarize what happened to the rest of the crew.

What happened was that in the last and final scene, Becker & Chris were chatting about what Becker finding happiness and how that patient at the hospital died when his final thoughts were to look back at his life and see what makes him happy. When Becker fsaid that "isn't it wonderful to die, going back to your own life and see how happy you have been?" I thought it was touching. Then when some guy hits Becker's car, he got pissed at him and gave all his rage but to see how afterwards made him so happy. Then the scene fades off in the night. If this is it for the show in which I know it is, then this will be just like what happened to JSM when everyone comes in though Jack's secret pasage just to say goodbye. This one comes right next to it!
